I love travelling around the world. It allows me to learn about different cultures and have new experiences. Yoga has really helped me to become more open-minded about these new experiences and has definitely helped me to de-stress and calm down when I begin to panic and stress out!

I like yoga as it is relaxing especially if I have exams and lots of schoolwork. I enjoy playing the piano, playing netball and watching TV (but not at the same time!). I also like listening to music, especially Ed Sheeran. When I am older I’d like to be an actress.

I am 13 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and an absolute giraffe! I have been to Shahn’s yoga classes since the very first class in 2012 and I love it! Yoga really helped me through my exams.

I really enjoy yoga as it calms me down whenever I feel stressed and my body and mind always feel healthier after doing yoga. I am obsessed with Ariana Grande! I love classic films with Audrey Hepburn, my favourite is Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I would love to visit New York and Thailand.

I love yoga, performing, acting and singing and Netflix, because all of them help me to relax. I love the musical ‘Wicked’ because it was the first show I saw when I was 6 years old.

I love the performing arts and I’m a tad (just a tad!) weird. Yoga is something I rely on as I stress out and panic way too often! (oops!). I have recently joined Teen Yoga Tribe and I love it!


 
  • Before I say anything else can I just say Thank You for the session! I thought this session was very helpful for me especially with my tennis. As soon as I walked into the room and saw the candle I felt relaxed. My favourite part was at the end when we were lying on the floor clearing our minds and calming our bodies. I can feel a lot calmer now and take the postures and use them when I'm in an argument or stressed. I really appreciate you taking the time for treating everybody in the session. She has the ability to make children feel that they really are capable of anything and she has the patience of a saint!
